We are situated 400 meters from the beach or estuary for great convenience. The house has a great kitchen /family area, large games room, three bedrooms and an extra sleeping area adding up to sleeping 9 people ( 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 bunks and a single ). Master bed room has reverse cycle air conditioner and the family area is also air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms. outside has large patio and another quiet spot for parents to relax in. Rental Rates: From $400 to $550 per week Rates are variable dependant on the time of year and the period of rental. Periods of more than 2 weeks negotiable.
